Hello
I’m new to this and I’m sorry if these questions aren’t right or if I posted in the wrong section. I’ve noticed that Google Alerts seem to not function for finding rare music CDs in Japanese (Yahoo!) auctions. Do they work? Are there ways to set up automatic searches for these CDs without searching daily? Also, can there be any methods to obtain English translations for auctions where they aren’t available? Any assistance would be really appreciated—thank you.

Another idea that comes to mind is using Google Translator.
Have you considered entering your search terms in English, converting them into Japanese, and then submitting the translation to Google Alerts or a relevant search engine?
I just typed "Two Steps from Hell" and it returned "地獄からの二歩," "地獄オークションからの2つのステップ," and "jigoku auction kara no 2 tsu no step."
If results appear, you might translate from Japanese to English...
