Confirmed that this feature is turned off in those xeons. Another point is they typically operate at about 100mhz slower during peak frequency for specific reasons.

3770k works just fine. Save for options like 11400F, B560, and a budget 2×8GB 3000mhz RAM pack (around 300$ for the whole bundle if you get lucky)

It might actually improve CPU performance slightly, but it’s not a big deal. The price is high and it’s a newer release I didn’t remember about.

Invest in a platform upgrade. Almost every new chip will be much quicker soon. All the connections—USB, Sata, NVME—will see significant improvements, boosting overall system speed. Continue saving wisely.
