Hello Everyone! I'm attempting to push my AMD 8350 overclock. It doesn't appear in my specifications, but I also have a Hyper 212 Evo cooler. Usually, I test settings in AMD Overdrive and then fine-tune them in the BIOS after finding a stable configuration. Recently, I couldn't get anything to function properly. I began with a basic 4.2 setting and everything failed. My video driver would crash, and even when the display didn't flicker, it would force me back to the lock screen. I increased the voltage to check if that would help, but it didn't. I performed an "autotune" which allowed the software to reach 4.4 at 1.4 volts (the stock is 1.3), but applying the settings again caused the flickering to resume. I switched back to manual mode, adjusted the voltage and HT, but nothing resolved the issue. I've never encountered this problem before and have even overclocked this system previously. Any suggestions?

OCZ has not been present in the PSU sector for a long time. It's probable the dielectric inside the capacitors has deteriorated, so it can no longer properly block ripple. Swap the PSU.
