About a year ago I faced frequent blue screen issues. I encountered problems such as page faults in nonpaged areas, system service exceptions, memory management errors, and kmode exceptions that weren't handled. These were linked to a driver called ntoskrnl.exe. I tried basic troubleshooting—checked RAM for faults, inspected SSDs and HDDs, verified all drivers—but nothing resolved the problem. Eventually, I reinstalled Windows completely, which fixed it until about a month ago. Then the same blue screen reappeared again, especially during gaming. I’m worried about reinstalling again and facing these errors later. I’d really appreciate any help you can offer. I’ve attached photos of the blue screens from the past month.

Have you tested MemTest86? The standard Windows memory diagnostic tool is not useful.

Following a five-hour memtest86 session, the results showed no errors detected.

It finished the standard evaluation. Usually MT operates for 24 hours or longer.

Optimal method is to rely solely on a single RAM stick and restart the system. If issues arise, replace the RAM stick (prefer the second one). BSODs usually indicate hardware problems, which could range from motherboard to GPU or even the processor.

The issue is that I have four RAM sticks, and the BSOD appears unpredictably, sometimes every day, occasionally weekly, or once a month.
