Recently, I’ve encountered limitations in every game I've experienced (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Minecraft), with frame rates consistently capped at 102 fps. Furthermore, a benchmark test also displayed a cap of 102 fps across all visual elements, despite my graphics card performing significantly below anticipated levels.

Edit: Benchmark results
UserBenchmarks: Game 35%, Desk 73%, Work 66%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X - 71.7%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 - 29.7%
SSD: SanDisk Z400s 256GB - 75.4%
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB - 117.3%
SSD: CT500MX500SSD4 500GB - 103.3%
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB - 88.3%

What is the temperature of your graphics card? Can you tell me the manufacturer and model number of your power supply unit?

What refresh rate does your monitor display, and are you utilizing V-Sync?

If you’re employing applications such as MSI Afterburner, have you set a frame rate limiter?
