I've shared my screen several times before, mainly via Skype for tutorials and job updates. Streaming games on Twitch is something new for me. I'm curious about the recommended DL and UP speeds for 1080p at 60fps. My current speeds are around 10Mbps down and 4Mbps up. Are these sufficient? The cost of ISP services here in the Philippines is quite high.

You require significantly less download compared to upload for streaming. You might achieve satisfactory playback, but the clarity would be only acceptable—around a 2Mb bitrate. (YouTube 1080p demands about 8Mb.)

Upload speed is a little low, though should be enough. (You may end up dropping some frames every now and then if it overloads your connection) I've got 60Mb/s down, 12Mb/s up myself.

You should think about streaming in lower quality and possibly uploading to YouTube at higher settings. On Twitch, only partners can use scalable bitrates. This means if you stream at very high bitrates—like over 2500—your viewers will need strong internet connections or they’ll switch to another stream.
