I've been told the CPU isn't as crucial in these games, so I'm guessing around 200 might be acceptable, but maybe a bit higher is better if it doesn't work out.

This would likely be a good upgrade. Your existing CPU cooler should work if you swap out the thermal paste and clean it first. It seems to be the AMD OEM model.

Updating your motherboard BIOS before installing the new CPU is probably necessary. This process is straightforward.
