I've installed the newest BIOS, but the problem remains. I adjusted the settings correctly, though I'm not very experienced with this.

I thought it was correct, but I'm using AMD performance mode, which isn't set by default in that setting.

I couldn't locate this option in the TUF Asus BIOS, Or it seems it doesn't exist. I checked thoroughly but wasn't confident in my knowledge of this. It might be better to have someone with more expertise handle it instead of trying to figure it out alone.

USB selective suspend option appears in Windows control panel. Enhanced power configurations exist in BIOS. For power conservation in BIOS, Asus offers USB energy saving. With an Asus board I encountered keyboard and mouse malfunctioning; I consulted the motherboard manual to locate the BIOS power saving option. If you lack the manual, download it from Asus here: https://www.asus.com/us/motherboards-com...PLUS-WI-FI. Refer to page 32, section 1.6.7 for USB configuration details.

The PCIe card for USB didn't work, and I'm confused about what's going on.

Asus has been really bad lately, it's kind of disappointing. I'm going to check the BIOS again.

I couldn't locate it online. The Asus motherboard I had in the BIOS included a setting to disable USB for power saving. After leaving my PC overnight, the mouse and keyboard stopped working when I returned in the morning. I had to power off the machine using the main button and then restart it, checking the BIOS to turn that option off.

Don't worry, it seems my motherboard doesn't have that feature. I tried connecting the spare USBs on the board, similar to what's in my case, and even the PCIe card I received didn't resolve the problem. I'm not sure what to do next. This is just how things are now. Thanks for your support.
