I changed the frequency from 3000 mhz to 3200 on two T-eamGroup T-Force Delta RGB 16GB DDR4 3000MHz CL16 sticks. Now I need to check their status. In games they are working well now. Also, do you think changing the frequency from 3000 to 3200 is harmful? If so, I might go back.
