I haven’t encountered any problems with Windows 10 yet—just some minor annoyances. Probably best to wait until 10.1.

I recently moved from Windows Vista Ultimate to Windows 7 Ultimate (it's a pretty cool upgrade). If Windows 10 gets better and the Aero interface works again, I might think about switching.

I’d really like to continue using 10, but dx12 is making things so frustrating. It’s driving me crazy. How do all these apps stop working? No solutions have helped yet, and even the start menu feels much worse than I imagined. At first, I was excited about the update.

I'll check later on how to detect when Windows stops updating, curious if a firewall can still block Microsoft.

The update causing issues was only part of several challenges I've faced.

It's normal for apps to stop working when a new operating system launches. The update process can also cause unexpected issues that I prefer to avoid.

I’ve experienced 5 BSODs and often wake up during sleep without a clear cause on MSX. I’ll keep using it until I need to switch back to Windows 7.

I haven't seen any blue screen yet, but if I did, I'd be able to pull up a dump with WindBg. It seems like something is going wrong with a driver. A lot of small issues are happening without any clear cause.

I've relocated my five desktops to 10 and three laptops at home, with just one issue so far. My main desktop faced a glitch where the start menu stopped working, which was resolved quickly using PowerShell. My brother updated around four or five of his desktops without any problems either. My work desktop and personal tech machine at work are both running 10 smoothly. I've been deploying Windows 10 to clients, and the only feedback we receive is from people upgrading from older versions with Norton A/V installed, which causes screen blinking and prevents use. As someone who works with machines, you often encounter software or hardware incompatibilities that disrupt things.
