This version is really flawed. I’m overwhelmed. Even basic features like photo previews and calculators stop working. PowerShell can’t help, the system fails with an SFC message saying it’s not worth fixing, and the problem keeps coming up—even on my Windows 10 setup with Chrome. I’m exhausted from this. Many of us have faced similar issues, but I’m tired enough already. This isn’t just a minor glitch; it’s a complete breakdown. I’ve tried updates before, including one that broke everything, so I’m considering reverting to an older version. It’s one of the worst Windows releases I’ve used in years.

Seems like your Vista version before the service pack upgrades still had issues. After the updates, problems disappeared. Edit: It looks like Windows 10 is just as problematic as Vista did at launch—and even worse than XP or ME. I used it smoothly back then, far better than 98SE.

The only problem I've noticed with 10 is that my PC wakes up from sleep and adjusts my display resolution to 1080p even though I have a 1440p monitor. To restore the original 1440p setting, I need to restart the system.

I really faced fewer issues with Vista since it let me adapt. But, as you mentioned, I might be reaching the end of 10 until SP1. Giving up on the new window switching feels like a big loss.

On three PCs I've experienced no problems, not even minor glitches. Mostly with eight units, let alone with my setup. It's a dual Xeon with three panels of varying resolutions, a DAC, amplifier, and a USB hub—great performance from Microsoft!

Your machine isn't shutting down properly and the Nvidia software keeps failing after about two hours... It seems you might not need the upgrade for your workstation.

Well, that's exactly what you're experiencing with those rushed updates and the intense dx12 buzz. Stick with this guide to avoid it all next time.

Upgrading was difficult because it kept failing multiple times, though it has been more stable now. Some compatibility issues still appear during startup, but it seems the manufacturer hasn't updated the software recently. I also notice the apps sometimes lag before launching, which wasn't a problem on Windows 7 for me.

Are you the only person without any problems with Windows 10? (Someone has already said they’ve never faced issues) Three computers got a fresh setup, and one was upgraded—no bugs have shown up on my end. Could it just be bad luck?
