I’ve figured out I’m pushing myself too much in CS, which is why I’m struggling and feeling stressed.

your thoughts are getting a bit intense. maybe it's the adrenaline kicking in. think of it like this: if you're on a clutch, your mind might feel like "WTF, what should i do? I need to win this so i get a compliment :p" that's not helpful. just imagine a normal match, where an Ace is just a regular kill. i'm probably just taking it out of the context, honestly.
Playing Osu! no longer excites me in those moments. I don’t play CSGO much these days, except when friends invite me. Many Asian players in CSGO bother me. Feel free to ask anything, since I don’t have much to say now.
I experienced the same problem before. After practicing in scrims and a few open tournaments, I realized that my kills in pugs don't really matter. When I get into that mindset, I perform well or don't mind my performance when things aren't going my way.
I just started a discussion a few days back about officially giving up CS:GO.
