I've experienced frequent BSODs for several months.
I've experienced only a few issues with my PC, aside from these. The error codes I'm seeing are PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (Ntfs.sys), KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (win32kbase.sys and ntoskrnl.exe), and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I believe the IRQL problem was caused by a conflict between Riot Vanguard (Valorant anti-cheat) and iCUE's Driver Verifier flag, which is a known issue. After uninstalling Valorant, the anti-cheat feature stopped triggering this error.
I've tested Driver Verifier several times, but it keeps flagging things that I removed without fixing the issue. My Windows Memory Diagnostic shows no problems either. I've adjusted the page file settings and updated all my drivers.
My system details are:
HP Z240
Tower Workstation
Xeon E3-1245 v5,
24G RAM,
NVIDIA Quadro M400.

The initial observation is that your RAM configuration is inconsistent. You possess two sets of 8GB Crucial RAM and another pair of 4GB Samsung RAM. Although the performance remains consistent, the timing specifications vary across all components. Here is a brief excerpt from your Speccy report...
My memory capacity matches the other stick in the lineup, with slots 1 and 3 identical as well as 2 and 4, doesn't this solve the issue?
I'll attempt to remove the 4GB sticks, but the crashes aren't consistent—they sometimes don't occur for days and other times they happen every 20 minutes, so I'll proceed to see how it affects things.
