When I play WoW and watch twitch, twitch gets real laggy. I know my PC and more than handle it. I have a I7 8700k, nvidia 2080, 16Gigs of ram. I have opened task manager my cpu never gets over 18% load. My gpu is around 30% load too. I also have gigabit up and down internet. I don't know if its a hardware issue or something else. any thoughts?

I’m running into the exact same problem with both Rocket League and Grand Theft Auto 5 – switching to fullscreen seems to fix it.
