It is compatible with B550 and X570 boards. AMD has shared it with makers. The updated AGESA resolves the fTPM issue causing stutters in Windows 11 and Windows 10 with Secure Boot. Follow the guide for flashing instructions. Also, ensure you have the most recent AMD chipset drivers installed.

Make sure it's installed in the CPU and turned on in the BIOS settings.

You're unable to turn it off, which means the problem persists. The update is scheduled to release at a later time to resolve this. Regarding your concerns, I can confirm the issues appear to originate from the fTPM system.
