I don't see any body attached to the post. The timestamps of lag appear in the video description, but they're clearer at a slower playback speed like 0.25x. You might try adjusting the speed or checking the file format for better readability.

mb. ryan 5 3600 with windows 11. Issues began after switching from windows 10. Extremely inconsistent. Sometimes worse than usual, but almost never works smoothly.
