Now you have a few options. Your accounts typically use two-factor verification, often a code sent to your phone, so you should be okay there.
There are 100 threats? Probably just a couple of malware pieces spread across the system. Can you share a screenshot of the log so I can check what they are? I work for AVG at Werto165.
I suggest using the Emsisoft Emergence Kit I mentioned and perform a scan with it. There could be additional issues on your system.
