I've been attempting to reinstall my girlfriend's PC for six days, yet it hasn't resolved. I've already installed Windows 10 on a new SSD, but the issues persist. Problems include failed updates, no SFC scans, DISM.exe not running, and frequent errors during installation. The system reports hash mismatches and doesn't allow program installation. I've shared logs on Pastbin for reference. I tried resetting via Windows, but it only works briefly. Various fixes like sfcfix and other tools haven't helped. Microsoft support has been unhelpful. I'm exhausted and unsure what to do next. Please let me know if I missed anything. Thanks for any advice.

I didn't utilize the Media Creation Tool for installation. Have you attempted to reinsert the RAM or used a single drive instead?

I first used the standard approach, then tried ISO and Rufus, followed by ISO and Ventoy. That didn’t work, so I haven’t completed it yet. I’ll attempt it tomorrow when she’s awake.

Could the issue be with the drive? Have you tried using a new one?

Test RAM replacement, operate with a single stick, erase CMOS to reset BIOS defaults, switch to other sticks if available and suitable.

Did adjusting the BIOS settings resolve the issue and allow Windows installation? If it works temporarily but fails later or doesn't boot, the CMOS battery likely needs replacement.
