The problem appeared to stem from hardware acceleration in my Chrome browser. The PC has now started correctly without any restarts after I turned off the setting in Chrome options. I lack the technical expertise to understand the cause or fix, but it resolved my issue. I don’t know if others will benefit, but I appreciate everyone who responded and helped. Thanks to ubuysa for recommending SysnativeBSODCollectionApp—it assisted me in finding a solution.
