It's not as severe as before, though it still falls short of its potential. I tested it yesterday on a machine with 1GB RAM and it runs more smoothly when using 300-500MB, which is better than the older 800MB+ version that often lagged or crashed.

That sounds intriguing. I’m curious about the background of this company. It seems odd there’s limited coverage on Wikipedia but more on their website. I enjoy exploring small tools and testing their performance, so I’ll try them out to see what works. Thanks for sharing the link!

From what I've noticed, iTunes consumes a lot of memory and slows down unless you use an SSD. It's really frustrating.
