Your new Asus GT-AXE16000 performs slower on Wi-Fi than your ISP router, even when placed close to it in the 6GHz band. The router claims gigabit speeds in tests, but your device only registers around half or less. QOS settings are set between -200 and -300 Mbps, yet you still feel a significant gap. Disabling IPv6 via Passthrough helps a bit, bringing speeds near 900 Mbps. The protection feature doesn’t seem to make a difference. Consider checking router firmware updates, adjusting channel selection, or testing with another device to rule out interference.

Seems you figured it out and hit the top speed possible during the speed test shown on your router. Yep, turning off QOS and disabling IPv6 was the fix.
