It seems you've placed your NVMe drive in the lower M.2_2 port, which may limit your PCIe x16 slot to eight channels. Consider moving it to the higher slot for better performance.

Its been what way for 2 years? If there is an updated BIOS, update it... Maybe something was finally fixed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've made changes over the years. The latest update is the bios version from 28/01/2021.

It looks like you're clarifying that the SSD was recently installed, just a couple of weeks prior. You've experienced significant performance problems since your PC was two years old.

Keep your memory correctly placed; use A2 and B2. Additionally, ensure XMP (DOCP) is activated.
