Using a GTX 1070 should be enough. The problem might lie with the i3-6100 CPU. It would be strange if developers made games that don<|pad|>'s could not run on 2C/4T processors.

Sure, I understand. I initially played San Andreas on Steam without issues, but once I bought it, it wouldn't run properly. I've tried various fixes like updating hardware and adjusting settings, but nothing seems to work.
