Hey! I don't know what to do with this, Ian trying find solution for and hour so I decided to ask here. I just installed grand theft auto San Andreas bought on Steam. Selected resolution 1080x1920 and started the game. That's when I noticed something is weird because I was getting 24fps in the menu. When started new game it was on 2fps. I tried to turn off FPS limiter everything to lowest setting. Still nothing. My computer has gtx1070 16gb ram intel core i3 6100. The game is installed on hdd not ssd. I would to hear any tips. Thanks, Gemtik. Btw, I know it's bottleneck af waiting for new CPU lol.
Do you have a driver set up for your graphics card and its monitor connected? If not, are your graphics drivers for your IGP current? Ensure it doesn't reference "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" but instead use terms like "Intel HD Graphics," "Nvidia GeForce," "AMD Radeon," or similar.
So bassically, I have everthing up to date. I have everything connected as I should (I have knowlage bout pcs). So I assume the problem is software based. Heres video of me starting the game: https://streamable.com/jbsc4z Thank you all for help!
Sure, I understand. Let me see if I can help you find a solution.
Have you adjusted the visual options or view distance in the game?
