I upgraded my RAM to 3000 and noticed my PC became noisier. This morning, while turning off the system, the CPU fan reached maximum speed before shutdown.

Many machines start to rotate briefly before stopping. If it runs at full speed for a short time during regular operation, it could indicate an issue.
