I've never seen one myself. Just what others at opskins have said. You're not understanding it. Check out factory new condition for each firearm—each has a different level of wear, known as float value. Using a weapon doesn't alter that wear.

You understood the situation better then, and that's why you wanted to know more. It's possible you're interested in getting a tested skin that appears brand new at a lower cost, without spending on a fully new one. What makes you hesitant about that idea?
