Ima get straight into the problem, my ryzen 7 3700x is stuck at 2.19 ghz no matter if its just task manager open or if I am streaming with games running. I haven't done any over clocking. I have had the system about 2 months and its basically been stuck at 2.19 ghz the whole time .I dont realy know what else information wise I should say apart from is this normal if not any clues how to fix it?
