I replaced my Ryzen 5600X after it broke and passed all checks. It’s performing exactly as the previous one did. I dropped it while installing, spent about 20 minutes straightening the pins (refer to the photo). A local repair shop said the motherboard is fine but the CPU is damaged. If both the shop and AMD confirmed the CPU was faulty, what should I do next? My motherboard’s BIOS supports the 5000 series, and it looks like the pins are straight now—though the CPU still felt oddly cold after removing the cooler, even with a decent one. There might be a slight bend in a few pins, but they’re not severely bent. Could three pins be affecting performance?
