No one seems to understand why it behaves this way. It’s unpredictable—sometimes it stays still, other times it moves right away when you load it.

First it's a Hornet, not a Mustang. I'm attempting to remove your user folder and check your game files. Such issues occur frequently. Your user folder is located at: C:\Program Files\Cloud Imperium Games\StarCitizen\Public\USER Game data can be confirmed in the launcher by clicking the cog icon in the top left corner.

Currently, there are problems with ships gliding too easily, especially on olistar. In version 2.1, they focused on preventing the cutlass from moving around.

Haha, that's quite a joke. Maybe you didn't bring it out? Hornets tend to get a bit cranky when they're stuck.
