Hello everyone, this is my first message here. I'm trying to figure out a serious problem with my PC setup. I rebuilt it in late 2020 and here are the details: CPU - Ryzen 7 3800X, motherboard - ASUS ROG STRIX x570-e, cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, RAM - 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 at 3600MHz (32GB total), SSD - Corsair MP600 NVMe 1TB, power supply - Aurium Pro 850W, GPU - Intel GTX 1070, OS - Windows 10 64-bit. For two years it worked perfectly until recently.

I moved to a different country and shipped my PC in checked luggage. It arrived safely, no visible damage, and started up normally after setup. But after about an hour of use, it froze and wouldn't boot again. When I opened the case, the motherboard showed a 0d error on its code display.

I tried some fixes: loosened CPU cooler screws to check for stress, used a different PSU, and even swapped RAM sticks. Each time I found the same issue. I checked RAM with MemTest86 and got no errors. The problem seemed to worsen over time. Sometimes the system would power on briefly but then shut down again, sometimes it would attempt to boot by itself after a few seconds.

After updating the BIOS, the symptoms persisted. I suspect the motherboard might be faulty. I bought a new ROG Crosshair VIII HERO and rebuilt the system, but the same error kept appearing. I'm unsure whether the issue is with the CPU, RAM, or PSU. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated before I consider a complete rebuild. Thanks!
