Hello. I see the problem with your laptop. It keeps playing at maximum volume regardless of the slider setting, and it shows up as "AMD audio device" in Device Manager. Disabling or uninstalling it doesn’t stop the crashes. Can you let me know what steps you’ve tried so far?
