I have many New Vegas mods set up with Nexus Mod Manager. Should I remove all my mods before uninstalling the game? I need to free space on the SSD for Witcher 3. Using Steam is fine, do I just right-click the game in my library and delete the local files?

Just take out the mods right away. It doesn’t really change anything if you weren’t there.
