When setting up Windows 10, many choices are available. It’s confusing to see different versions listed, especially for the Home edition. Could you clarify what you mean by “N versions” so I can help you better?

Windows editions in Europe are offered in N versions but lack certain media capabilities. Windows 7 omits Windows Media Player and Windows Media Center, while Windows 10 excludes Windows Media Player, Groove Music, Movies & TV, Voice Recorder, and Skype.

It looks like it's just Windows 10 but without extra software.

There are no suitable media frameworks available because of legal and regulatory constraints. I'll stick with the standard approach, as certain options aren't feasible.
