After clearing the BIOS settings, your CPU never reaches 1600 MHz and the system performance drops significantly. Once you reset the BIOS again, the temperature limit drops to 92°C.
Did that resolve your issue? Your CPU operates at a consistent speed now. A temperature above 92°C indicates it’s functioning without throttling. Lowering the heat sink, fan, or thermal paste won’t improve things and would be unnecessary. Performance remains unchanged regardless of temperature.
