This has been a long list of problems with my computer. Every time I turn it on, the screen lights up with a purple flash for a few seconds, then displays random colors and lines, always centered with a box, before turning green when it boots. There are also other complications such as being unable to launch games, frequent PCI/PCI-E errors within an hour according to hwinfo, motherboard temperatures stuck at 26°C and 32°C, Wi-Fi connection issues where the card fails but Bluetooth works and shows an error saying “device doesn’t exist,” and sometimes the SSD isn’t detected. I’ve changed cables, reinstalled Windows 11 Pro, reset everything, cleared CMOS, updated BIOS, reinstalled drivers, turned it off and back on, cleaned files, switched monitors, used integrated mode with GPU, updated GPU BIOS, applied new thermal paste, installed a new cooler, added new fans, and even ran stress tests to see if it would crash. My specs include an i5 6600 CPU, Asus H170M-E D3 motherboard, multiple SSDs and HDDs, a Biostar commander RX 570 with 8GB RAM, a Thermaltake PSU 700W non-modular unit recently returned from RMA, an Asus AC55BT Wi-Fi card, Corsair sp120 pro and Arctic F8 fans, a Corsair carbide air case 240, and other components.

It seems your board was harmed during its shutdown.

The PSU received a return mail for my previous setup, yet it wasn't supplying sufficient power to the GPU. The airflow in the case was adequate, though the AIO wasn't functioning properly.
