Run the command prompt as administrator and enter the following: powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61. Then navigate to Power Settings, change your balance or high performance settings, and use them. If that fails, check your BIOS options to confirm cores and components are recognized. Finally, install chipset drivers as a last resort.
