upgraded from an older model after experiencing CPU limitations in certain titles like 2.0 Cyberpunk. A great offer was found nearby, so I decided to take it. With an 11th-gen support board already purchased, I didn’t want to upgrade soon. I’m aiming for a stronger processor to extend my gaming experience before needing another motherboard upgrade. Since I’m not very familiar with bottlenecks, I’m hoping someone can clarify what kind of limitations I might face. I typically play at 1440p with DLSS, usually pushing settings if I can keep 60 fps. That’s the goal for single-player games, and I raise it to 144 or 240 depending on the game, especially in competitive titles so I can fully utilize my monitor. Thanks for your help!
It seems your 3060Ti might be the limiting factor for your 11900K. I own a 3060Ti and it handles my games fine at 1080p, often hitting over 100 FPS on top settings. However, I’m not playing the latest AAA titles, but they’re still quite taxing.
