I once got a R5 3600 with 32GB RAM, replacing my old i7-7700 and 16GB of memory. Now the games I used to run at over 100 FPS are now capped around 60 FPS. Has anyone else noticed this performance drop with the new Ryzen? Could it be due to a BIOS setting or something similar causing such a big FPS loss in games? I also tried testing the RTX 2070, D3, and Ethernal Magic with some games.

Your game's memory speed is currently around 7700 versus 3600, which should perform similarly in-game. Let me know if you need further details!

There are two RAM sticks, and they are installed in the same RAM slots on the motherboard.

2400Mhz memory isn't ideal for Ryzen, but 3000Mhz is the best I'd suggest. I've seen stutter in games and lower FPS in benchmarks at lower speeds. The difference between 3200Mhz and 2400Mhz is around 5%, not a big jump. Are you using a single stick or two?

I don't recognize this RAM maker, but based on the model name it should be 3200Mhz. Open your BIOS and enable XMP/DOCP (DOCP only works on ASUS boards) to ensure the memory operates at that speed.

Are your processor speeds working correctly during gameplay? You might want to perform a Cinebench test to check performance.

Determining whether it's a new OS installation or a migrated disk is key. If migration was involved, most problems stem from that process.
