It was last night before I fell asleep when my Windows 7 needed an update, and I figured it would be fine. I allowed it to install and then turned it off. When I woke up, I restarted my computer about 20 minutes later. To my surprise, Microsoft Edge appeared automatically. I didn’t check the update notes, but I’ve never heard of Microsoft moving Edge to Windows 7. Did they ever mention this change?
