Hey so recently my computer with Windows 11 takes a really long time to log in. Even after logging in, the desktop background and apps just don't work right away; they stay grey for about ten minutes before I can finally use them. Unfortunately, if I try to reinstall the system it says I don't have permission. Can you help me?

Did you check if there is any bad stuff hiding in this system? Can you turn on your special power button that lets you change settings everywhere?
