Consider reseating the CPU if it feels loose or unstable. If there are no obvious issues, check the motherboard connections and ensure everything is properly seated.

It shuts down instantly, and if it doesn’t stop within a moment it won’t start at all.

There seems to be an issue with the boot drive. Do you recall your Windows key? Consider reinstalling Windows using a USB drive connected to the boot drive.

I had similar problem. In my case, the case power button was not working properly. Remove power button pin stick and use screwdriver to start pc. If problem exist you will know for sure it is not power button.
