It rarely reaches full capacity, dropping around 80%, and then falls below one GHz. Might the PSU not supply sufficient power?

Think about what details matter most and capture those clearly.

If that happened, the system would simply stop working under heavy use. This indicates it can't operate at its maximum capacity, and the CPU has to slow down due to lack of power. I encountered this issue with a 10100f and a h510m, which kept being throttled by the motherboard.

It functioned properly for roughly a year, but it hasn't appeared in a few days now. What happened?

I didn't notice that it was blue-screened, and once that happened, the strange slowdown occurred afterward.

The latest bio from Biostar is indeed the first update. No major hardware changes were made before this point. To check the VRMs under load, you should observe their temperature; if they’re running hot, it could explain the bluescreen.

my cpu cooler and gpu are so large i can't even reach my hand near the motherboard. I swapped my m.2 ssd about 1.5 months ago, and i unplugged one hdd because it was making really loud noises that kept me awake. I don't know if the bios is the same as what's on my mobo, but it was released a few months before i bought the new one.
