I’m really struggling to understand this. I bought an I714700KF for my Aorus Elite DDR4 Z690 setup. I already have 32GB of 3200MHz RAM and a 4090 RTX Aorus master with 24GB. My Aorus AIO is giving me poor scores on Cinebench and 3D Mark, even though HWmonitor shows everything looks normal and it’s not throttling. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you give us a spec and temps screenshot of HWinfo?

Yes, and theres a sensor option too in the other window, its a more detailed breakdown of temps than hwmonitor

You're experiencing unusual behavior despite not showing thermal throttling. It might be related to the DDR4 affecting CPU performance compared to other benchmarks, though this is uncertain. I'm also unsure about the voltage readings, but nothing else immediately stands out.

I agree with that. It seems the 3200 MHz RAM is likely the issue. If the CPU were damaged, I’d expect BSODs or HWINFO errors. Before replacing it, I thought higher temperatures might help. I’m planning to reapply thermal paste. Thanks for your advice—I’ll try the 4000 MHz RAM and see how it performs.

Ensure you have a RAM that’s easy to swap out—preferably 4000MHZ. Test it and check for any changes; this will help identify why performance drops. No worries about the details, just let us know your experience!
