I recommend taking your game off the OS drive. It’s already storing your OS, saves, and probably some swap files. This puts extra stress on your main drive. After that, add Steam and games to another drive. Most systems have four SATA ports, so a second SSD for gaming makes sense. 3. Steam lets you place games on different drives. Your library is split across three SSDs and two HDDs—Steam is set up on the HHD.
