I possess a Getac V110 with a Core i7 VPro (Intel®Core™ i7-4600U, 2.10Ghz) and dual batteries, along with 12GB DDR3 RAM. I turned off both battery packs via the Device Manager. When streaming videos on YouTube or Netflix, my computer freezes frequently, requiring a hard reset about 95% of the time. Assistance needed.

I mean your audience is very vocal, and the CPU temperature during this content is around normal levels. Your RAM usage is at about 8 gigabytes, and the GPU isn’t heavily engaged right now. The system is running typical tasks as indicated by Task Manager.

Are you asking about putting too much pressure on the heatsink? For a slim laptop, place it on something to support it and keep it off the ground.
