The board you own isn’t suitable for a 10400f; it’s clearly a 9400f. The best approach is to remove the cooler and inspect the CPU directly.
In Task Manager, under Performance > CPU, check the bottom right for the number of logical processors. (10400F equals 12,940 and 9400F is 6.) CPU-Z will display the CPU details. If both confirm it's correct, you likely have the right hardware, so the problem might be with NZXT or UB.
At least the issue is resolved now, so I don't have to worry about it anymore.
