I don't know how, but my 10400f is now showing as a 9400f in the nzxt app and in the bios, I also did a userbenchmark and it showed as 9400f. I definitely know i have a 10400f in my pc, as it used to show it. now it doesn't.. Any ideas?

The board you own isn’t suitable for a 10400f; it’s clearly a 9400f. The best approach is to remove the cooler and inspect the CPU directly.

In Task Manager, under Performance > CPU, check the bottom right for the number of logical processors. (10400F equals 12,940 and 9400F is 6.) CPU-Z will display the CPU details. If both confirm it's correct, you likely have the right hardware, so the problem might be with NZXT or UB.

Absolutely, it's definitely a 9400f with six components.

Hoping it wasn't purchased as a 10400f!

It seems you're unsure about a 10400f value you noticed in the NZXT app. Let me help clarify!

At least the issue is resolved now, so I don't have to worry about it anymore.
