You recently installed new RAM (Trident Z Neo, 16GB, dual-channel, 3600MHz advertised). After enabling XMP in your BIOS, the voltage changed to 1.35V and one channel increased from 2133MHz to 3600MHz while the other remained at 2133MHz. In Task Manager and Memory view, the speed now shows 2133MHz. You have a Ryzen 7 3800X and an X570 UD motherboard.

Additionally, I attempted to pick the frequency manually, but it wasn't allowed.
Move them to slot 2 and 4 first. You can also attempt one stick at a time. Clear the CMOS before trying again.
