Browser, version and operating system: windows 11
Reproduction steps: Turned on PC, played a game, cleared CMOS, waited half an hour for it to restart. Then reset CMOS, replaced battery, updated BIOS, tested PSU with paperclip test—fans ran. Device worked well for about 18 months before failure.

What occurred? Power issue after reset; no response during initial boot.

Expected outcome: Game functionality and stable operation.

For reference: Screenshots of the problem if available.
Additional info: If it was a Cloudflare error, note the Ray ID from the bottom of the error page.

Following the CMOS battery replacement, could you start your PC normally without needing to reset the CMOS? Should I reset the CMOS each time you boot up? Were you keeping an eye on the CPU temperatures during gameplay? Most systems shut down automatically if they get too hot. Does the computer power off when you're idle but not doing heavy tasks?

Following the battery replacement I still needed to reset the CMOS button. Temperatures were normal throughout. Typically after resetting the CMOS it functions properly for a few hours; sometimes it works for days, other times it powers on with the power button and then fails afterward. Recently it shut off completely after turning it on again, required a CMOS reset, and came back on but died within two minutes of restarting. This time it didn’t turn back on. It has also been turning itself on after a full shutdown, which happened twice recently. I assure you, if I power cycle and reset the CMOS now it should work correctly. I just don’t understand why this started suddenly... PLEASE HELP.

Additionally, it powers down when idle or under any load. The device is a Z790 gaming Wi-Fi router with an Intel i9 13900K processor, paired with an MSI 4090 graphics card, operating at 1300 watts on a Seasonic PSU.

I think the issue is with the motherboard. I added my old M.2 and 12Gbps card along with all the other components, and everything functions properly. So the problem must be the motherboard itself. I hope they can send me a replacement soon.
