Your computer experiences random crashes where everything freezes and it stays on. Pressing the power button doesn’t shut it down, so you’re left turning it back on gradually. During these episodes, the motherboard LED turns orange with a 9E error code. Sometimes you go weeks without it, other times it happens repeatedly.
